New Prescription

Fill a new prescription online at A+ Pharmacy and Compounding Centre by taking a photo of your prescription slip and completing the form.  When you’re done, click Submit to send the photo of the prescription to us.

Please provide us with the original copy of the prescription when you arrive at A+ Pharmacy and Compounding Centre to pickup your medication.
